Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or want support in navigating life’s challenges. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy can also be a space for personal growth and self-discovery.
I work with adults (18+) on a wide range of concerns, including stress, grief, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, immigrant and cultural transition issues, and life changes.
