Data Storage & Retention
- For non-recurring clients, personal data is stored for 30 days after the last appointment.
- For recurring clients, personal data is securely stored for as long as the client maintains an active session arrangement.
- Once data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted.

All client information is treated as highly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law (see Confidentiality Policy below).
